Information we collect

Account InformationName, email address, role, authentication credentials, verification status, and provider license information where applicable.
Profile and Checkout InformationCompany or clinic name, phone number, shipping addresses, billing addresses, and checkout preferences.
Account Credit and Loyalty InformationAccount credit balances, bonus credit balances, credit activity, order history, loyalty tier status, qualifying order volume, and applicable program dates.
Order InformationProducts purchased, quantities, pricing, shipping details, fulfillment status, tracking information, and order records processed through Shopify.
Payment Reference InformationStripe payment identifiers, payment status, card brand and last four digits when available. Full card numbers and security codes are processed by Stripe and are not stored by AQUAGOLD® VIP.
