Current support channels

For account verification issues, users can use the Contact support flow available on the sign-in and email-confirmation screens. For order, return, refund, shipping, privacy, or legal requests, users should use viprelations@aquagoldvip.com or the support channel provided by AQUAGOLD® VIP in their account or order communications.

Required launch contact details

AQUAGOLD® VIP support is available through the account support flow, order communications, and viprelations@aquagoldvip.com for questions, complaints, claims, privacy requests, returns, refunds, and shipping issues.

Service providers

Stripe, Shopify, Firebase/Google Cloud, Vercel, Resend, GoDaddy, GitHub, and Google Postmaster Tools help operate parts of the platform, but they are not the customer support contact for AQUAGOLD® VIP product orders, card balance questions, returns, refunds, or privacy requests.
